Maker-Space Fund-A-Need

The Cedarburg Education Foundation is pleased to kick off our 2019-2020 Fund A Need Campaign. Over the next year, our goal is to raise $135,000 towards the funding of equipment and supplies for maker-spaces at each of the schools in the Cedarburg School District (CSD).

Donate Today:

Maker-spaces are one of the building blocks towards innovative STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) experiences for the children within the district which is a key strategic initiative for the CSD. These learning areas promote an entrepreneurial mind-set, problem-solving and teamwork.

Examples of equipment that funds will be utilized for include:

  • Fanuc Robots – Grades 9-12 ($40,000)
  • Vinyl Cutters– Grades 6-12 ($1,000)
  • Green Screens – Grades K-12 ($500)
  • Tool Kits – Grades 3-12 ($100)

CEF has kicked off this campaign at our 2019 Dream Big Gala on November 9th, 2019. We will be conducting a Fund-A-Need campaign at the giving levels of $5,000, $2,500, $1,000, $500, $100, and $25.

Any company or individual interested in this campaign can donate through our website
and will receive a tax-deductible receipt.

Since this campaign will be over the next year, a planned giving option (over the next 2
years) is available to all potential donors. Please contact us at cef4kids.org to further discuss options.

Large donations of over $15,000 will be given naming right consideration for the school of their choice.

Thank you for your support,
